See GalleryA six storey mixed use building in the heart of Clapham. The building has a hybrid structure construction which includes a basement constructed using contiguous and isolated piles with RC framework raising up to the 1st floor transfer deck. From the 1st floor up to the roof the building is constructed with a steel frame skeleton and concrete slabs on metal deck. Basement, ground and mezzanine floor are commercial and floors above are residential use. The building is positioned over TFL underground tunnels.
