    Project involved partial demolition of the 6th floor of the existing school building and construction of a new sports hall in Aldgate East. The existing building is framed in reinforced concrete and the sports hall main skeleton was constructed using a braced steel frame anchored into the existing RC core and slabs.

    Full demolition of an existing school building and construction of new larger two storey building to increase capacity. The building skeleton is constructed in steel braced frame with precast concrete hollowcore slabs flooring and lightweight composite walls and roofs. Foundations consist of traditional mass concrete strips and pads with heave protection boards. Additional works included installation of a new lift in the existing building and linking both buildings together at two levels.
